A Community Advocate With 26 Years Of Service
Marie Mirville-Shahzada is a proud Working Democrat and the daughter of Haitian and Dominican immigrants. Raised in a family rooted in sacrifice and service, she learned the values of discipline, courage, and duty from her father, a Vietnam Veteran principles that guide her leadership today.
For 26 years, Marie has served as a NYC School Food Service Manager, ensuring thousands of children received nourishment and dignity. She is running to ensure that every senior, student, and neighbor has a voice, a seat at the table, and the resources they deserve to live with dignity.
